Shipping Policy
Orders submitted by 3pm Central Standard Time will be shipped same day. Same day shipping does not apply toward any items that require freight shipping, items that are special order items, or items that require special handling. Please note that the Same Day Shipping countdown is an estimate and assumes users’ computer time is accurate.
Truck freight items ship same day on orders placed by 2pm Central Standard Time. We do not supply any additional services with the freight companies. Any additional services that your request from the freight company will be your responsibility to pay for (i.e. we don’t pay for a lift gate). When the freight company contacts your for delivery you will need to work out any special details at that time.
This is significantly discounted from the oversized fees we incur from the carriers on these shipments and will only apply to oversized items.
For EDI/FTP users, the promotional code will remain GPROMO for ground, OPROMO for Overnight, and BWAY will be used for Best Way. Remember... there is still NO minimum order requirement! Flat fee rates are only good in the contiguous 48 states. The updated freight policy takes effect Saturday, September 1st, 2018.
