Shipping & Returns
OC Boat Supplies will gladly refund or exchange most merchandise for any reason within 30 days from original purchase date. To return, just send merchandise prepaid in its original unused condition with a copy of the original invoice. We will then exchange the merchandise or refund the merchandise amount by the original payment method. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges. All items returned in a non-re-sellable condition, or with missing parts will be charged a restocking fee upon inspection at OC Boat Supplies discretion. There are no returns for special order items, electronics, cut lengths of material or hazardous materials, such as, but not limited to, paint, oil, resins and adhesives. Any return with a Free Shipping promotion for the order will incur a $7.50 shipping fee that will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Any gift cards received as an order promotion will be de-activated if the order is returned.
Boat Cover Returns
Boat covers are custom made at the manufacturer's factory for each boat size as well as customer's choice of material and color. Therefore, a 30% manufacturer restocking fee may apply for all returns except for errors made by the manufacturer or OC Boat Supplies
Because boat covers are custom made, there will be a $35-$55 fee for any boat cover order cancellation after 1 business day of purchase, as the cover has already gone into production.
Shipping
** Alaska and Hawaii are exempt from Free Shipping. All shipping methods are live Fedex Rates for Smart Post, Home Delivery or 2 Day
The flat-rate shipping and handling charges listed above are for shipments to the contiguous United States only. All delivery times are quoted in business days not including weekends and holidays. Certain items may require additional shipping charges, and some items can only be shipped by truck service. Hazardous merchandise cannot be shipped by air express services.
A hazardous shipping charge may be applied for specified items.

FREE Standard Shipping

Oversized orders that require delivery by truck do not qualify. Expedited delivery services are also available at additional cost. Does not apply to shipments to Alaska & Hawaii. Most orders ship within 24 hours and will arrive in 4 to 8 business days with final delivery by the U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express. Some items may be upgraded to a fast service depending upon size, weight and value.
Ground Shipping
In-stock phone and web orders placed before 4:00pm EST. will ship the same day and will arrive in 1 to 5 business days, from time of shipment, via FedEx or Priority Mail. Delivery will occur between Tuesday and Saturday for residential addresses. Please see chart for estimated delivery times to your area. Items that ship by truck service, or are shipped directly from the manufacturer, may not qualify for expedited ground shipping.
2nd Day and Overnight Shipping
In-stock phone and web orders placed before 4:00pm EST. will ship the same day and arrive the 2nd or next business day. The flat-rate 2nd Day and Overnight shipping charges listed are for most 1-30 lb. orders. Orders over 30 lbs. will be charged actual shipping charges that will be calculated during checkout. A street address is required for all shipments. We do not refund shipping charges unless Wholesale Marine has made an error. Certain items may not qualify for air express shipping. Offer does not include Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery is available to certain areas.
Alaska and Hawaii
Please allow 3-15 business days for shipments to these areas. Exempt from any free shipping offer.
International and Canada Shipping
International shipping charges are dependent upon weights and dimensions of the package(s). All package ship FedEx International Economy Canda is Typically 2-3 business day delivery. Customs delays can occur adding 1-2 days. Applicable brokerage charges are accounted for in the calculated shipping charges. Any additional duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Truck Freight
Truck Freight items ship same day on orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday - Friday.
