      So Ill be honest, our trailer had to be a certain length and needed some additional modifications...

      I cannot speak to the install of this device as a buddy of ours with a body shop did all the work for us. However, it is easy to use and it works just as you would expect. I didnt notice a difference between having to this installed on the trailer or before, except that the trailer used to be 23 feet and can now fit in a 20ft garage! Overall happy with it, but cannot day how easy/difficult it was to install. Easy to operate once installed. Dont forget to relocate the trailer jack and wheel to a portion that doesnt swivel to make it easier to move.
