High quality clamp meter, comparable to my far more expensive Fluke
I like this meter, and waited a long time to get one at a decent price. The one feature this has over my older Fluke is the DC amperage measurement using the clamp. Otherwise this a comparable. It comes with decent enough probes, and a lower quality temperature probe. My one minor complaint is that this unit was designed and sold for the marine environment, so it is most likely that voltage measurements would be mostly DC. However the meter always defaults to AC voltage first, and you have to press the option button to the third choice to measure DC. So when switching between resistance or amp, to volt and back, you always have to reset this. Quite annoying. However, for the deal i got on Amazon, i am overall very happy with it.

Within 1/100th VDC Accuracy to Fluke 177
Excellent unit for the price; tested against a Fluke 177 and this unit measured within 1/100th of a volt, so I'd count that a win - especially with the added features like NCV detection, temperature probe, and of course the clamp-around ammeter. The built-in flashlight is underwhelming as you might expect, but definitely could be handy to have sometimes! It's worth noting that although literally *every* lists this as having a backlit OLED screen, it does not - it has an LCD screen just like basically every other digital multimeter ever, though it *is* backlit (can be toggled on/off) which is a nice feature. Not unhappy about that, since LCD is what you would want anyway; OLED doesn't age well and can be difficult to see in daylight or other direct lighting conditions, but figured it was worth the mention.
